Lead times vary by project complexity. A standard residential window package typically takes 8–12 weeks from order to site delivery. A large curtain wall contract is typically 16–24 weeks from signed order to first delivery. We confirm programme at enquiry stage.
In most cases yes. We can colour-match to any RAL or BS4800 reference and, for profiles, we can often source compatible systems or custom-extrude matching profiles. Send us the existing profile details and we'll advise.
Yes. Our AG-HG 86 PASSIVE and AG-SL 90 HI profiles are certified by the Passive House Institute (PHI). We can provide full certification documentation for planning and warranty purposes.
All AluGlass systems carry a 10-year structural guarantee on fabrication and a 2-year operational guarantee on hardware. Finish warranties vary by product — powder coat carries a 15-year colour retention guarantee.
Yes. We have completed projects in 12 countries across Europe and the Middle East. We manage export logistics and can work with local installation partners where required.
